Please do first check you have 4G coverage where you are via the status-checker .
And check in your phone's settings > connection settings that 4G is chosen.
If all the above look to be fine then as Account Access isn't available via the Vodafone Forum they can't check your account from your post here unfortunately.
You'll need to liase with Customer Service's via 191 or Live Chat.
And or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

It's worth adding the, in the UK, 4 and indeed 5G, is active on all accounts automatically.
