I’m trying to get hold of Credit File Specialist team as I have yet another unwarranted Vodafone credit default sitting on my credit record with Experian - it seems to be a regular event. Does anyone have any idea how to get hold of this team so I can get it sorted once and for all please?

Engage with the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll collate the information and get their Credit File Specialist Team to investigate.
