Hi there,
I wanted to give a massive thanks to Dan on the customer service team who I rang today (21-01-2020) at 14:11 as he went above and beyond what any rep would ever do. I had no signal at all and I had tried the online chat and they were completely unhelpful so I tried the phone call service instead.
I just wanted to thank him for his patience and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for being so patient and helpful through a difficult issue especially when he could have just given bog standard responses but instead stuck with me until my issue was resolved.
