Who do we need to speak to regarding getting the customer services department more training . ???
The only reason i ask is i've just spent yet another 45 mins on the phone waiting for them to answer me so i can ask them why the hell they've turned my account off YET AGAIN.... only for them to turn around and say " i don't know " .
Aren't they supposed to know why as there the ones who have turned it off. ??
I wouldn't mind to much ( lying ) if this was a one off but yesterday was nearly the same thing but that time a guy said my account had gone over it's preset limit for international calls. I asked who had set this up as i certainly didn't do it and why would you not send messages to me before you turned my account off.....
To me from speaking to the shops and live chat and the phone people that they seam to be reading different scrips, at least tell the same story as the shops as they seam to know nothing at all about presetting international calls at all.
just waiting now for a manager to call me back as it seams to take them 24/48 to get to work and return calls

A person can write to the address at the foot of the forum to put across their views.
Their is no Customer facing email address to use.
The agents via 191 and Live Chat have account access and have been trained to deal with customers so should be able to assist a customer.

over the past 2 weeks i've spent over 6 hours on live chat trying to sort other issues out and they still havn't resolved anything.
As for my earlier post i still havn't been switched on and now this is 2 hours later all this after being told i would be in 5 mins.
And now to just rub it in a little i've just checked one of my other phones which was also blocked and they can call mine and my phone rings but i cant ring out still ...
i am seriously getting annoyed now as i need my phone for work and with this happening 2 days on the trot i'm getting worried..

well theres a supprise , waiting on hold for over an hour then nothing as its now closed , ##~## proper waste of time ... first thing tommorow back on the phone i go and i'm going to get a puk code and get the hell outa here and if they think there getting any money off me their sadly mistaken, other companies would not be aloud to do the rubbish vodaphone do without getting loads of crap yet they seam to shine with it .... i'm sorry but i pay for a service and as of yet my money is getting nothing so why should i pay for something i'm not getting..
