It seems like this this it a reoccurring issue with Vodafone. My mortgage has since been rejected because you have left a default on my account. The funniest part is, I dont have a contract with you. So when I try call Vodafone, I am unable to pass security!! Its been a long few weeks going back & forth. Not ONE single member of your team have been able to help me. I would appreciate someone being able to tell me WHY I have a default & how I get this removed. I do not owe you any money!

Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum.
