I had a very interesting experience today.
I have two billing arrangements but one seems to have been cancelled last month.
So used Live chat and was told categorically it is not possible to do so. And asked to be passed to supervisor and they were all on Breaks.
And this was the same person I had chat with on 05Jan and he sent the instruction to reinstate a Direct Debit that was cancelled in December.
I know last year chat staff were given pseudo names however they stopped that and use real first names. and if there two with same name then have used first letter of Surname. Is that the case?

No they dont
