Just want to say that Steven in the Victoria Square store in Belfast was most helpful yesterday evening (2/12). He took his time and patience to help solve the problem I was having and talked me through all the options I have with regards to upgrading.

Places need more people like him!  I hope this can be passed onto his relevant manager!
