Hold Music - September 2022

Does anyone know the current hold music Vodafone are using as of late September 2022? They have definitely changed it like. Thanks. James

Hey @JamesRoberts330 I've checked with the team and they've advised the following:

We switched them during the national mourning period to

- Ellie Goulding – How long will I love you

- Fleetwood Mac – Songbird

- Mariah Carey – Hero

But they’ve been switched back now to

- Adele - Can I Get It

- Jones - Melt

Hi @Effie the music I got the other day was definitely not those two songs mentioned. They are the old ones that used to include Charlie Puth - Light Switch.  

From what I can remember there was one song that had the line “We got telepathy”. The hold music has definitely been changed unless it was a mistake on the 191 end and they are future songs 🤷‍♂️

How strange! Thanks for letting me know @JamesRoberts330 I've popped an email to the team that handles the hold music now just to double check but it should definitely be the Adele and Jones tracks right now.

Hi @Effie @BandOfBrothers after a call to Customer Services about my broadband and a few attempts with Shazam on my Apple Watch the three songs that are used are:

Shaqdi & Blake Anthony - Telepathy

Greentea Peng - Stuck in the Middle

Sigrid - Dancer

Knew I heard one about Telepathy haha!

Considering the long hold times, a few more songs in the rotation would help or you hear the same song so many times.
