Welcome to the eforum. 

As fellow customers we won't have that information but what I'd do is while ringing them use another mobile phone with an App such as Shazam to see if it'll identity that way.

Hi Michelle, i know theres 3 different songs that play and one of them is James Bay - Hold back the River and one of the other ones is Sheppard - Geronimo....cant think of the other one at the minute, normally singing along at the top of my lungs while im on the line lol :smileyhappy:
