I just received great service from an employee based in your Newcastle call centre and I mistakenly ended the call before I was able to take part in survey to give feedback. I want to ensure the guy who assisted me gets some recognition for his good work so is there any way to send an email to the call centre to provide feedback at all?

Vodafone only have an email address for complaints @AubraK
You could use Live Chat or call 191 and they can access your account notes to see.who the agent was and they send your feedback to them.
