It's never wise to click on a link from an email or text but instead log I to one's account or official app to access your account.

It does not look right to me either but I'm sure one of the Vodafone Social Media Team's here will officially clarify once they've caught up with your thread.

Also Vodafone gmbh at the foot of the picture you've attached looks like a subsidiary of Vodafone Germany.
