Lack of complaint procedure

Yesterday i had a horrible experience with one staff member in the Milton Keynes shop being downright rude, to point where i walked away and requested another member of staff.  She, in the middle of the store called me rude to other staff members, I requested her name she said "Over there" then stormed off to the back office.

 

Another member of staff sorted my situation but no apologies for her behaviour nor a manager appeared on the shop floor.

 

I've tried to complain about her, but they fobbed me off so it seems to look like Vodafone does care about badly behaving staff.

It's reasonable to expect staff in stores and also agents at customer service to be professional and polite and courteous at all times.

That doesn't sound very good TBH.  The good news is that Vodafone do have a complaints procedure.   If you Google" Vodafone complaints" the top 2 results link to the complaints procedure on the Vodafone website.  These links can be found here and here.
