I'm with Lebara. I booked a ferry ticket today and, when I received the link to the ticket, Vodaphone blocked access to the ferry website. I spoke to Lebara who ensured that the block was removed at their end and, initially, I was able to get through to the ticket. Now, however, I am once again blocked by Vodaphone.

Please advise.

Vodafone can't access Lebara accounts @Declanworld and you won't be able to get any help. It looks like the age restriction was not fully removed and Lebara are going to need to remove this again. It should be something you can do yourself through your Lebara account.

Final word from Lebara is that an error on the ferry website is triggering the Vodaphone block.

Lebara are telling you a pile of nonsense but you probably already know that, go back to them and tell them to access your account and remove the restriction that is still on your account.

Issue seems to have resolved - no block on the link just now. My theory is that my Lebara age validation took quite some time to populate Vodaphone's system.
