Hi,

My client website: https:apkmyboy.com/

Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website

(it's not 18+ at all!)

It works on O2 networks and wifi, but vodafone is giving an issue.

I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on

Please tell me that it can be fixed

Hello,

I'm encountering a similar problem with my website—it's being blocked by Vodafone and wrongly labeled as an 18+ site. Even though I have HTTPS enabled and SSL certificates installed, Vodafone seems to be causing this issue, while the website operates fine on O2 networks and Wi-Fi.

Has anyone discovered a solution or workaround for this? Here is the site URL please check and tell me: https://mycapcutapks.com/    it's urgent to address this matter quickly, so any advice or help would be immensely valuable. Thanks a lot in advance!

Hey @Johnbolt I'm sorry to hear our customers are struggling to access your site. I've raised this to our Network team (Ref: INC000005149129). They'll investigate this and update us on their findings. As soon as they do, we'll update you here 😊

Hi @Johnbolt. Thank you for your patience. Our Network team have reviewed the request raised and haven't been able to find an issue. The team have checked the URL in question and been unable to re-create any issues, blocked.org also confirms we're not blocking. If you're reporting further impact we'll need to see some sort of evidence we're blocking - whether this be a screenshot or screen recording.

Hi everyone,

I'm facing a similar issue with my website being blocked by Vodafone and incorrectly categorized as an 18+ website. The site is fully secure with HTTPS enabled and SSL certificates in place, yet this problem persists. Interestingly, the website works perfectly on O2 networks and Wi-Fi without any issues.

Has anyone managed to resolve or work around this issue? It's urgent to get this sorted, so any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Here is the site URL please check and tell me. https://hbdwishmarathi.com/

Thanks for your patience @mncraftmod - Our Support team have advised that their aren't any blocks showing on our blocking report. They've also tested the site from a device which has adult content blocked and the website loaded successfully. Please post a screenshot of the message that's displayed by the users who are unable to load the site.
