Hi,
My client website: https:apkmyboy.com/
Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website
(it's not 18+ at all!)
It works on O2 networks and wifi, but vodafone is giving an issue.
I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on
Please tell me that it can be fixed

Hey @leaf1 I hope you're well. We've checked the site and the only age restriction is the one built into the site itself which asks customers to confirm their age. The site is not blocked by SecureNet and a check here shows that Vodafone isn't restricting the site. Can you please pop over some screenshots that show the issue you are having?

What should we do if site is blocked by secure net.

Hi there,
I'm experiencing the same issue with my website, being blocked by Vodafone and incorrectly categorized as an 18+ website. Despite having HTTPS enabled and SSL certificates in place, Vodafone is causing this problem while the website functions perfectly on O2 networks and Wi-Fi.
Has anyone found a solution or workaround for this? It's crucial to resolve this issue promptly, so any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hey @glennphillips46 If your website is incorrectly categorised we can raise a request to have this changed. Please add your site URL to this thread so we can check that it is clear of any malware and viruses and then we will get the reclassification request sent off for you.

Here is the site URL please check and tell me. Thanks https://capcutproapk.org/

Thanks @glennphillips46 A check of the site has shown that a security vendor has flagged 'phishing' content on the website and therefore marked the site as malicious. You can check this yourself here. You will need to ensure that this is removed and your website clear of any flags before we can get it reclassified for you.

Hey there!
I am facing the same issue of blocking. The site is fashion-related and it is not an 18+ or downloading site. Here is the link of my site and please tell me the possible solutions.
