Hi,
My client website: https:apkmyboy.com/
Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website
(it's not 18+ at all!)
It works on O2 networks and wifi, but vodafone is giving an issue.
I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on
Please tell me that it can be fixed

Hi there,
I'm experiencing the same issue with my website, being blocked by Vodafone and incorrectly categorized as an 18+ website. Despite having HTTPS enabled and SSL certificates in place, Vodafone is causing this problem while the website functions perfectly on O2 networks and Wi-Fi.
Has anyone found a solution or workaround for this? It's crucial to resolve this issue promptly, so any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If your client's website is being blocked by Vodafone, there could be several reasons for this:
Content Filtering: Vodafone or any other ISP might employ content filtering to block websites that are deemed inappropriate or potentially harmful. It's possible that your client's website has been flagged by their filtering system.
Security Concerns: Sometimes, websites are blocked due to security concerns such as malware infections or phishing attempts. If Vodafone detects such issues on your client's website, they might block access to protect their users.
Legal Issues: In some cases, websites might be blocked due to legal reasons such as copyright infringement or illegal content. If your client's website is involved in any legal disputes, it could lead to blocking by ISPs like Vodafone.
Mistaken Identity: It's also possible that the website has been mistakenly identified as harmful or inappropriate. This could happen due to misclassification or false positives in the filtering system.
To address this issue, your client can take the following steps:
Contact Vodafone Customer Support: Your client can reach out to Vodafone's customer support to inquire about the reason for the block and request unblocking if it's deemed unjustified.
Website Analysis: Your client should thoroughly analyze their website for any potential security issues or violations of terms of service that might have triggered the block.
Review Legal Compliance: Ensure that the website content complies with all relevant laws and regulations to avoid legal issues that could lead to blocking by ISPs.
Appeal Process: Some ISPs have an appeal process for website blocking. Your client can follow the prescribed procedure to appeal the block and provide any necessary evidence to support their case.
It's essential to address the issue promptly to minimize the impact on your client's website traffic and reputation.

Hi @muhammadhammaf2! We'd be happy to take a look and get this reclassified for you if it's incorrect. We'll just need the URL that's been blocked to be able to review it 😊
