Which Bluetooth speaker model is it ?
What is the phone and software version on your phone ?
Does any specs or compatibility info about the speaker says it suppors the phone model.
You could try deleting the pairing and reset it back up.
Try a Google Search to see if there' s a forum and or chat with the manufacturer.
