Need help to solve problem with Bluetooth Speaker connection

Hi, My phone connects with Bluetooth speaker and headphones but there is no sound output. I wonder this is because of software update. in spite of warranty repair the problem not solved. any solutions?

Which Bluetooth speaker model is it ?

What is the phone and software version on your phone ?

Does any specs or compatibility info about the speaker says it suppors the phone model. 

You could try deleting the pairing and reset it back up. 

Try a Google Search to see if there' s a forum and or chat with the manufacturer.
