If you look at a few of the boards and read a few threads, you should get the general idea. Some are more helpful than others and some are just rants, but that's what forums are for.
If you have a specific question, try to post it in the most relevant area so that it gets seen by people who are looking at the same issues and are therefore more likely to pick it up. There's a lively and supportive community here as well as a Vodafone team who can step in and help when necessary.
