Complimenting Mark

Hi,
I really wanted to commend mark who I just spoke to about cancelling my contract. He was really helpful but also very happy and chatty. I just wanted to compliment him and let vodafone know what a great service he's giving.
I would also like to recommend that vodafone put in place somewhere that people can compliment the service, maybe along side the complaints so those members of staff aren't always getting negative calls or a way to nominate the person, just an idea. (If there already is then I'm sorry I didn't find it!)

Thank you for the great feedback. It’s always nice when a customer takes the time to let us know about the good service they have received. I’ll be sure to do my best in making sure Mark gets your comments.

While we don’t have a dedicated area for positive feedback at the moment, we are more than happy for such comments to be posted here in the lounge. I’ll also keep your comments in mind for future consideration.
