Paying off a closed account.

Hey So I have appently have a missed payment with Vodafone but the acount is now closed. I've only just realised this when trying to apply for a credit card and seeing it flagged up on my credit score. I know paying it off won't take it off but it can at least update it to settled. How do I go about paying this off now?, as all my info for that account is gone, therefor can't go the normal route.

That is most definitely the nest route to take in getting the debt cleared. 

If your debt has been passed to a debt management agent then it's them that you need to contact. 

If not then get intouch with the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook or X and they'll help as they have account access.
