Hi. I got a new plan for my product from Vodafone and wanted to cancel the previous one. I contacted vodafone online chat and got transferred 6times to a wrong team. It was soo frustrating. But one of the colleagues finally done what i asked for. I refreshed the page accidentally so couldn't give him a review. Please pass this message to his manager Vodafone. Mohammed Mansuri done my request perfectly and quickly so a good team member deserves a good review. I will give him 5 outta 5. Well done.
