Rewards MasterCard

When I signed up, I was offered a digital prepaid MasterCard that I had to claim through the very me rewards route. I completed this, and received the email to redeem/access the digital card. Problem is, I've since lost that email and can't find the website used to access the card and check the balance. Can anyone help?

Is there any chance of the email being in your recycling bin @sallyannlongden 

If not then I'd suggest to ask the Team via Contact-us-about-account-related-queries.

Thanks, it's not in the junk or recycling, I think I deleted it by accident over a month ago (so the bin has since been emptied)

Thanks, I tried that first, but couldn't get past the chatbot, who told me they couldn't help and directed me to 191
