SIMs for Ukrainains - what happens at the end of the 6 month free period

I have 3 Ukrainians living with me. They each have a Vodafone SIM provided via a local charity. They have now had these for 4.5 months - please can someone advise what will happen at the end of the 6 month free period ... can that be extended?

I would imagine the SIM would revert to PAYG , one thing for sure Vodafone won't just disconnect the service. Vodafone would likely send some information by text before the end of the 6 months free service.

Hey @pjtaylor9 I hope you are doing well 😊 At the end of the 6 months, the SIM package will switch to a standard Pay As You Go Plan. The SIM users can then choose to add on Big Value Bundles in order to keep using the SIMs. They will be notified before the switch happens with instructions on what to do next. At this moment there are no plans to extend the offer past the 6 months but if this changes, a notification will be sent to all impacted numbers 🙂
