The SecureNet app is not loading so I can't look for a solution there.
This site should not be blocked.

Yes that seems to work fine now thanks. What category was it under before? Why was it blocked? The message said it had been blocked but that it couldn't provide info on what categories were blocked. I tried to look at any settings I can control but the SecureNet app doesn't work on my phone; neither when I try to launch it directly nor when I try to launch from a link in the MyVodafone app - has it been discontinued? There is no update on the App Store, so it looks like it should still be current.

I'm afraid the team didn't advise what it was classified as before, just that it had been reclassified as above.
With regards to Secure Net, if you subscribe to this service, you should be able to set your online account up and find help using this online here.
