Hi,
I recently discovered that payments have been made through my bank account (3x13€) in 3 months. The only information that I have is the communication, which is "MY VODAFONE APP ETOPUP CHALANDRI";
I have no vodafone account, they don't even work here in Belgium, I've not lost my bank card and I've no bank domiciliation for vodafone.
I've contacted my bank but I will get no aswer before monday, so any help in between is appreciated.
Thanks

Hello 👋 @Alex955
As this is the Vodafone Forum for UK users unfortunately we won't be able to help.
There is also no access to Vodafone Accounts via the Forum.
The Vodafone Networks in each country are not linked.
I would suggest to conduct a quick Google Search to locate your Vodafone Forum for your region.
The Vodafone Social Media Team in your region maybe able to help.
i.e The Facebook or X Team.
If fraud has occurred then your bank should be resolving this for you on Monday.
I appreciate how this can be upsetting so I hope you receive a speedy resolution. 🙏

Vodafone UK won't be able to help you for this, you have probably been the victim of identity theft in your country and someone is using you bank account information to make online top up purchases.
You need to contact your bank fraud department urgently, they are open over a weekend and stop the cards immediately. In cases of identity theft they will be able to give advice and you should be entitled to a refund of the stolen money.
edited to add: Vodafone have this information on the website Fraud , this is only for Vodafone UK, there should be something for the country but Vodafone don't have a network in Belgium, there is also no information on MY VODAFONE APP ETOPUP CHALANDRI.
