Spotify reduced from Premium to Free service

I have Spotify premium with Vodafone Entertainment. Today the service was reduced to the Spotify free service. I am in a contract with Vodafone and see that the Spotify premium is included in my contract. I also noticed a few other people having the same issue. Is anyone at Vodafone looking into this as i cannot understand why the Spotify service has been reduced.

I've got a contract with Vodafone which includes Entertainment and which ends soon. I've been looking at my upgrade options online and I notice that Entertainment Packages now don't include Spotify Premium....just Amazon Music and the dreadful YouTube Music.

Is this correct?

Has Voda dropped the Spotify Premium option from contracts including Entertainment?

Hi @iainmann! That's correct. Spotify Premium hasn't been a part of our Entertainment package since 31st May 2024. Anyone who activated their Entertainment package before this date with Spotify Premium is still entitled to this until their Entertainment package runs out, but any new or upgrading customers would need to choose between YouTube Premium or Amazon Prime. If I choose Amazon Prime, is it the basic Amazon Music I would get? 

Would I have to pay an extra subscription for the full Amazon Music unlimited service?

I understand that I would also get deliveries, video etc. But it's music I'm particularly interested in to compare with the full Spotify Premium service 

I'm very said Spotify has been dropped.
