Tobi not working

Hi All,

 

I want to contact a person to ask for help with accessing bills older than those on the website, however, when I click on Tobi nothing happens.

There is no other way of contacting customer help as far as I can see.

Can anyone help?

Hi @helengia we can certainly help with providing bills older than those available through the MyVodafone app. As we'll need access to your account to do this, please pop us a private message through one of our social channels 😊

Thanks Mark - I finally managed to access TOBi and got through to a customer service representative who was very helpful. It seems TOBi is greyed out when I log in to my account but can be accessed from the Vodafone web page without logging in.
