I have a unpaid phone bill from vodafone that I am trying to pay.  After contacting them I was referred to two different debt agencies, the first one didn't have any of my records on their database and the second one TDX Prime I have tried to contact to no avail.  

 

I really need to get this debt paid, any advice?

The Vodafone Social Media Teams cannot access accounts via posts on the forum due to security protocols however they maybe able to help via contacting them via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM.
