Hi Band of brothers , 

I got a code from the very me rewards on Monday as I was going to buy another phone but every time I enter it into the Promotional code part it comes up (uh oh something went wrong voucher not valid ) as you can imagine i'm getting rather peeved

What about clearing any cache and cookies and trying again.
