Hello!

The website https://www.blackcode.co.uk/ is currently blocked for age restriction by your network. It is a recruitment website and is compliant with all regulations. Could you please whitelist it?

Thanks!

Hi @Valeriya

The team that deals with the requests is 'Back Office' which means they do not speak to customers directly. I appreciate the frustration this has caused but the team have checked the site along with the site certificates and deemed that it is not something they can unblock. If you believe that the site does not contain anonymizer technology, you can speak to your own IT team and get a certificate that proves that this isn't the case. If you are able to provide that to us, we can reach out to the team again and see if there is anything they can do to unblock to site.

In regards to raising a complaint, we can do this for you via social media over on Facebook or via Twitter if you are an existing customer. If you are not a Vodafone customer, you can raise a complaint here: http://vdfn.co/cop and a member of the dedicated Complaints team will contact you to discuss it in more detail.

Thanks @CallumR , could you please advise what certificate do they need?

@Valeriya I'm unsure on what certificate you'd need specifically. But your IT team would know what certificate is needed to show that there's no anonymizer's on your website.

To go back to your question about what anonymizer's means. An anonymizer is a proxy server that makes Internet activity untraceable.

Thanks @CallumR , I've asked our web developers. Could you do me a favour, please? Check if it is actually still blocked? (I don't have a Vodaphone network or anyone in close proximity with it)

The website that tracks the blocking shows me that it has been released: https://www.blocked.org.uk/site/http://blackcode.co.uk , can that be true?

Hey @Valeriya I've just tried the link again and it's coming up as being blocked still on my side.

Thanks @CallumR

The developers gave me security headers and SSL Certificate.

SSL Cert:

Is this helpful?

Many thanks,

Valeriya

@Valeriya Thank you for getting the certificate. I've re-raised the case to our Network team to investigate this further. I don't want to make any guarantee that the certificate proof you've provided will work, but our team will do all they can to help.

Your case reference is - INC000004925092

Hey @Valeriya Hope you're doing well. Just wanted to let you know that our Network team have advised that your link has been classified as Employment. Please let us know if you're facing any issues with accessing the link again.
