I really was unsure where to post this.

I received my new contract last Saturday new number as I decided to just keep the sim that came with the phone. However oddly I downloaded what's app today and they was a blocked number on it despite it being a totally new  phone and new sim with no connection to my old network.

Do you recognise the blocked number @edwardfrench198  ?

Did you download WhatsApp on your original phone and block that number  ?

Or was the blocked number on the phone ?

Was the seals intact on the phones box ?

If not then that's a conundrum.
