Youtube saying i used premium

First time here and I really don't know what to do. 

So I got yt premium again after I used the free 2 months from Vodafone on the 18th of December because I never knew I had a free trial. It wouldn't let me use my card so I kinda gave up and went to use the entertainment pack for it when it told me I already had premium on my account. I was going to cancel it yesterday when it said I used Vodafone. 

Like any person would do I went to Vodafone. The only thing active is my Disney w ads. Nothing else. So I contact yt support and they can't help me. I have two phones, keep this in mind. 

I used my S10+ which has a pay as you go sim Card. My A12 has the plan for monthly something. Anyways when I got the premium it said Vodafone on Google play store which I have activated on both phones because...I don't know what it does. 

Anyways, phone bill price. January price for mine and my mums bill is around 50. That's bc I had Spotify. Not youtube. I really need help because I don't know what's getting charged the 9.99. I already cleared my bank account so I won't get charged. 

Someone help me as it would be greatly appreciated.
