Unable to set up Microsoft account on new Lumia 550

It just says can't connect at the moment and wait for a while. I have no connection issues. Date and time all good. I've reset phone. Now tearing my hair out. Any ideas?

I appreciate it can be frustrating when a process won't work or complete. 

 

Have you tried completing the process both on Network Data Connection and WiFi ? 

 

Is the phone a new out of the box model or a used one ?

 

Please take a look at these links I've come across from a Google Search. There are many more return hits if you wish to conduct a search yourself.

There is also the Contact Us for Microsoft Here.

Thank you this got resolved by contacting Microsoft so thanks for the link. The issue was from there end
