Any way to use 3rd party router and also keep the landline in use?

Hi, I am switching to Vodafone FTTP (cityfibre) on the 21st and would like to use a 3rd party router (TP-Link AX53). Is there any way to use the AX53 as the main router and retain the use of the landline? If there is no way to do this I will just use the AX53 in WAP mode but I’d prefer the AX53 as my main router as I can use onemesh. Any ideas?
