has anyone managed to connect BG smartsocets to the THG3000 router, I carnt and neither could vodaphone technical they just appologised and said it appears to be not ther problem but my old router never had any problems its to do with this router any help would be apprecieted thanks

The usual problem with smart devices is that thier setup app has to be running on the same Wi-Fi band as the devices. If you are not on Pro, split the bands and connect to the 2.4Ghz only.

Not sure why you raised a 2nd thread for this problem, but out of interest, what was your old router?
Was it possibly 2.4Ghz only, or did it have the bands split by default.
