TADO Internet bridge connection to router

Hello, i can't get my Tado heating system to connect with my router (THG3000) even when connected directly with an ethernet cable. This obviously mean i have no heating at the moment. Anyone else had this issue?

Okay, so was this a self-install, or a professional install?  And I guess the question is does the Tado receiver have power, has it worked previously?
