Boosters greyed out on the app and will not connect to router.

I have 4 Super Wifi boosters, they were all connected at one stage but have recently dropped out bar one. They won't reconnect and appear greyed out on the app so I'm unable to delete and reinstall (at least I don't know how to). Nothing I do makes any difference and the Vodafone Xperts!! seem to be working from home (ie watching tv) instead of answering the phone. Tried 3 times phoning before xmas and also online chat.

 

Can anyone help please?

Hi @Betelgeuse - thanks for getting in touch. Have you tried resetting the Boosters? To do so, press and hold the Reset button on the back of the Super WiFi Booster with a small pointed object. Hold for approximately 10 seconds until the LED light turns solid red. Once the LED starts flashing white (in about 3 minutes), try to set up the Booster again.

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to see if that helps the option to add them reappear again?
