Broadband Backup SIM Flashing Red

Backup SIM was not included with the Super Hub.

After much chatting with support, It was finally delivered today,
I put the SIM into the backup device, which is constantly flashing red.
It is inserted the correct way and no different to any other Nano SIM.
How long does activation take and where do I go from here

Hi @TeresaM19, I'm sorry your backup SIM wasn't included in the delivery of your router. If you take a look at this YouTube video here, it should show you how to set up the Broadband back up just so you can double check this has been set up correctly 🙂
