Broadband cancelled but still being billed

Hi, I cancelled my broadband a month ago, as I had already switched to Sky (Sky told me they would sort the cancellation but they didn’t, so I did it myself). I did this through online chat and had confirmation on email that my broadband would be cancelled as at 17th June.

 

I’ve just had my next bill which I was expecting to be minimal, but they’ve charged the whole month as usual! Its runs 15th June - 13th July.  The chat bot isn’t working for me so I cannot find any way to contact someone to make sure this is cancelled and I’m only charged for 2 days service? 

Any help appreciated
