Hello! I am a Vodafone Business Broadband customer. I have a TP-link Archer VR2100 modem router and I'm stuck trying to get it up and running.
I have my login details which looks like this:
dslXXXXX@businessbroadband.vodafone.co.uk and password.
I have tried setting up on VDSL using the following info VPI= 1 CI= 32 and VLan-ID= 101
I just read that Vodafone Business Broadband customers are given a static IP. I have my static IP and other gateway and DNS details from my current router. Should I be selecting 'Static IP' from the dropdown in the router setup process and enter those details?
I have tried setting up on the TP-Link Tether app, and also through the router address in my browser. I enter the details and it says it cannot connect, Connection is obviously fine when I plug the VF router back in. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but if you can spot anything that I'm missing, or have a suggestion then please say.
BTW - have tried calling and using the chat, but chat isn't available for business customers and I've requested a callback. Not hopeful that I'll get much help...
