Please please can someone help?

14th Feb 2023 ordered in store an ULTRA HUB. Couple of days later received a VOX, VOX BOOSTER, DONGLE AND VOIP ADAPTER.

Called and explained it was wrong and assured that they would send me a UKTRA HUB as ordered.

Again I was sent a VOX HUB

Called up again was on the phone for 2 hours and assured he could get me a UKTRA HUB, he sent me the contract whilst on the phone and I told him he was going to send me the wrong one. He guaranteed he would send me an ULTRA HUB. He didn’t he sent me the VOX HUB again. I then went back to the Trafford centre store this Sunday and took the 3 hubs with me and gave to the assistant. I explained my issues and he said he could see what was going on and he would get his manager to call me on Tuesday just gone (I have NOT had a call and it’s Thursday) I have however recieved my fourth incorrect VOX HUB which I’m tempted to smash.

 

can someone, anyone get me an ULTRA HUB

@LukeBoulter - I'm sorry you're having this experience and you've also not had the call back as promised. It's disappointing that the right WiFi Hub, isn't being sent to you.

I'll need you to please call us on 191 free from a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040191 from another phone. We can then get this escalated to through the right team. 

 

Hi Gemma I have done this several times and honestly get nowhere with it, when speaking to the assistant they tell me all sorts of rubbish like you need the VOX HUB because the ULTRA HUB is just a booster which is incorrect.

 

I have honestly spent about 8 hours on the phone and keep going round in circles. 

When I went the the store in the Trafford centre I was told it had been escalated to P1 (top priority) it’s been a complete shambles. 

All I’m asking is that someone with authority/ accountability can call me, listen to what I am saying, understand what I need and get it done.

 

Is this something that can be done, surely it has to be pretty straightforward?

You have titled this thread Business Broadband. Have you definitely signed up for Business broadband Pro II and not Business broadband Pro.
