The Vodafone broadband app is in a loop.
Tried uninstall clear cache etc. Tried iOS & Android app.
I can't install the wifi booster. It will connect router then analyse , and keep repeating. Never gets to next stage.
Spoke to support they just said try again tomorrow.
Anybody know of a fix or is it just wait until they update app?
Tried to pair booster using WPS too but didn't pair.

If you have tried on both Android and iOS, I don't think it's the app. If it wont pair with WPS either, it sounds more like a hardware fault. Try a factory reset on both router and extender (if it has one).

Ok , so there should be a way to pair it without the app ?

Not that I know of, other than WPA. Did you try a factory rest on both? (I don't know the Vodafone extenders, but there should be a button that you hold in for about 10 seconds.)

Hi , yep I have factory reset router & tried firmware update too.

But have you reset the booster?
I’m having issues connecting my Super WiFi Booster (vodafone.co.uk)

I have reset booster . It doesn't even get to any booster config. App is in a loop.

I don't think it is the app, as you are getting the same on 2 different versions of the app. (Android and iOS)
I suspect the booster is faulty.
Do you have the Wi-Fi tile on the app? Does the router show the following banner?

There is no reference to Super Wifi on router settings.
The app tries to pair with router but it just stays in a loop. It doesn't get anywhere close to setting up the booster

That means it hasn't been "provisioned" correctly. If, after a reboot in the morning, it is still not there get back onto Vodafone and let them know
