I am trying to order full fibre broadband with Vodafone (I'm currently with BT), but it seems that the website can't handle the fact that our property has two fibre connections and 2 ONT's - I get the response, 'Sorry, we can’t get broadband to your address'. Every other house on our street could place an order - I ran a quick check. Does anybody know how I can get past this seeming limitation of the website / availability checker? Other (but not all) service providers simply ask which ONT should be migrated. Thanks!
