I'm moving house very shortly and I am interested in Vodafone's Broadband.
However, after inputting my address it says this 'Sorry, something went wrong. We could not complete that request. Please try again – if the problem persists, please call us on 08080 044 668 (Home) or 08080 101 219 (Business).'
I've tried calling but it said the number is closed down and I've tried online chat via the app but when I tap Toby it does nothing. The desktop Toby is just stuck is a loading cycle. I'm stuck as to where I'm supposed to go to next. Can anyone help?
All I want to do is see what deals they have and likely set up a broadband account.
Should give an approximation of what OpenReach expect to deliver.
Thanks, but I know that Vodafone can supply my home. When I checked a few weeks ago when they were offering Amazon vouchers it said I was eligible for any package up to and including the pro.
When I looked again today it doesn't even get as far as doing a check to see what speeds are available.
Trouble is I'm not sure how best to contact them.
Just managed to get through on Web Chat. Only on it a few moments because she said the system was down and she couldn't help anyone and to try contacting web chat again after 12pm.
Looks like that could be the answer.
