Credit check failed with "OK" credit score

Hi all,

I applied the boardband in Pro II Full Fibre 500, I tried to complete the set up page serveral times these 2 days as official website was not working properly. I finally filled in all information but the credit check failed.  After that, I have confirmed my credit score is "OK" with 5XX near to 600, which is not with "bad" level.  

I have paid all my bills (including the current boardbard supplier, electicity and gas, etc.) on time without delay or default. May I know why was rejected under credit check fail?

On the other hand, should my wife apply for the service instead?

Score is irrelevant tbh as different agencies use different scales. Could be anything like old voda accounts. Previous occupants, Electoral roll, endless. You can write to them for an explanation or thoroughly check your score with other agencies.
