is it from Vodafone?

@Rahima1970  That is a Vodafone email address. 

Assuming that the technical header (you have to view the email in its raw source format) is correct and the email comes from a Vodafone email server, then you're OK.

Yes, it is. It seems vodafone have detected something untoward happening on your connection (bittorrent is notorious for this).
