They are an absolute disaster, BB was off for 1 week as they messed up moving me from Eir to them, then I find out they have updated the firmware of their gigabit box and you can no longer change the WiFi channel should their be a conflict with another device, shambles of custxender o mer care omegle

Hi @ichiha68, this doesn't sound the best of starts! Is your broadband service now up and running? Our router should detect the best WiFi channel for your devices, are you looking at get these changed? Could you also tell us, what broadband package do you have?
