Hi,

Looking to return broadband hub. 

Is the attached the label the Post Office scan to return the package? I have just returned from the PO and they informed me there was no “pre paid” label on the packaging to scan, to which I pointed them to the attached and they still didn’t accept.

Hi @AJR95, this is very strange as all of the returns bags for the routers are pre-paid by us. Looking at the image that you've posted, the Post Office should be able to scan the label that you've attached on the top left of the package. Was the Post Office asking for payment before they would send this off? You can also drop the router off at a local Vodafone store if you're nearby, you can find your closest store by entering your postcode here.
