Hi,
I have just noticed that Vodafone has not closed my account for many months and they have been double charging me for the Internet connection since then. Did this happen to anyone? How soon did you get your money back?
I have contacted them on 4 separate occasions trying to solve the issue. Two times they said they will deal with it but...
I thought.: How many people are getting double charged by Vodafone if this happened to me? How often does this happen and people just pay those charges without realizing this? And how is this okay that after reporting this issue the only thing that Vodaphone has to do is to return the money? There is no responsibility, no compensation for essentially Vodafone trying to steal from no, barely any apologies.. What the hell is that?
